1. Shipment Process
At Custom Pop, we strive to ensure a smooth shipping experience for our customers. Please note the following details about our shipment process:

  • Dispatch Time: Shipping will commence after the completion of the production process for your custom items. Once your product is ready for shipment, we will dispatch it promptly.
  • Courier Service: We utilize The Courier Guy as our reliable courier service provider for all shipments.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is ready for dispatch, a tracking number will promptly be forwarded to the email address or contact number provided during the order placement.

 

2. Shipment Timeframe
Overall, production time varies significantly with design complexity and order queue, generally spanning 2-3 weeks. We often work on multiple orders simultaneously, taking advantage of drying and printing times to progress with other projects. Shorter queues may lead to quicker turnaround times.

After production is finished our standard delivery time for shipping within South Africa is typically the next business day after the dispatch date. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances or unexpected delays may impact the delivery timeframe.

3. Shipping Fees
Standard South Africa shipping is R120. If you have specific shipping requests or require expedited shipping, additional fees may apply. Any extra charges will be communicated to you before confirming shipping the item.

4. Special Requests
Should you have specific shipping instructions or requests, please reach out to our customer service team at info@custompop.co.za before placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

5. International Shipping
Currently, our shipping services are primarily offered within South Africa. For customers outside South Africa interested in purchasing a Custom Pop, please contact us before placing your order for international shipping costs and options. While we strive to ensure every Custom Pop reaches its new home safely, please note that once shipped internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or if the package does not arrive.

6. Shipment Confirmation and Delays
A confirmation email, including your tracking details, will be sent as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. While we strive for timely deliveries, please be aware that unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
